Reservations to make a reservation, you must speak with an innkeeper over the phone. We require full payment at the time of booking via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express). There is a two night minimum for weekends, and a 3 night minimum for most holiday weekends. But give us a call we may be able to squeeze you in!

Smoking: There is no smoking at DeHaven Valley Inn.

Check-In is 3 P.M. Check-out is 11 A.M. Please call the office to discuss any other arrangements for special arrival or departure times in advance. If you will be arriving after the normal check in time, let us know and we will be happy to leave the lights on.

Policies

Cancellation Policy: If your plans change and you need to cancel your reservations, you must speak with an Innkeeper as soon as possible. We will be happy to reschedule your visit or give you a valid cancellation number. Cancellations impact our small business and as such must be received one week prior to your scheduled stay to receive a refund, less a $35.00 processing fee. All cancellations received less than one week in advance will be refunded for only the nights the room is rebooked. Thirty days cancellation notice is required for some holidays and special events or for those booking multiple rooms. "No Shows" will be charged for the entire reservation.

Pets: Our resident dogs are restricted from the guestrooms and dining room., although you may see them romping the grounds. They are quite friendly and love to play catch. You may also catch a glimpse of the 2 very quiet grounds cats, who never come inside the Inn. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests' pets in the main building. Two cottages can accommodate your pets with prior arrangements. There is a $20.00 (plus tax) per night charge for each pet.

Breakfast at the Inn is a culinary treat. You may start with a Cappuccino, or perhaps a Cafe Latte, but always with fresh juice and freshly ground gourmet coffees and a full assortment of teas and cocoas. Next will follow two to three courses consisting of fruit dishes and entrees such as Egg Puff served with Homefried Potatoes; or Stuffed French Toast.

DeHaven Valley Inn is available for business meetings, private parties, weddings, and your own special events.
